What We Did

We oversaw all influencer initiatives and digital campaigns for key launches and collaborations for West Elm.

Top highlights include the brand’s Spring Entertaining Campaign, #MyWestElmTradition, which highlighted the lives of diverse, creative storytellers in celebration of Easter, Passover and Ramadan, and resulted in a 640K+ impressions and 40K+ likes across all campaign content; the launch of West Elm Kids, which partnered with 15 diverse creators and their families to promote the brand’s new product vertical; the launch of West Elm x REI which positioned both brands as true leaders in the outdoor design space through an earned media and digital campaign resulting in 1M+ impressions; and the TOMS x West Elm TikTok campaign which invited TikTok creators to highlight the launch via a viral content series.

In addition to key launches, our team launched the brand’s first-ever ambassador program, West Elm Insiders, featuring 20 diverse home + lifestyle influencers. The program generated $140K+ in revenue and 6.4M impressions in its first quarter.
